I just had a conversation with another film maker about how many people watched his short film but how a very tiny number took the initiative to rate negatively; nonetheless, due to the silence of the 99.9% majority, this gave the appearance of an overall negative rating. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth.
I look forward to seeing this film. I like the self-referential aspect of it; and the killing off of one's own actors, while it appears to be presented as case of individual psychopathology, almost calls up the anthropology of mingi practiced in certain African tribes. One takes whatever action is deemed necessary for the viability of the tribe/production. Now, about eliminating those critics... ;-)
